Yesterday my mother-in-law was rewarded with heaven after a few months battle with cancer and a lifetime of striving for The Lord. As I rest in her too empty house, I am amazed at the Scripture she penned in so many places that focused her on her strength in The Lord. Please pray today and this tough week for my wife, her brother, and her Dad, who is in a horrible health fight himself. Barbara Sumrall was loved and leaves a great void that only God can fill. Pray for the power of His Presence.
Thank God that Christ said in Matthew 5.4-Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted. We rest in that today.
It's great to have a pastor who not only preaches the Beatitudes but shows us how to live them. Please hug your wife and family tight.
