What do you do when enough is enough? I mean how many times do you try to get over people's mess ups? It ain't fair, is it? Here we are trying to do right and they keep going and doing whatever it is that they keep doing. You can only take so much, right? That must be how Samuel felt. Notice what he says- 1 Samuel 12:20 -And Samuel said to the people, “Do not be afraid; you have done all this evil. Yet do not turn aside from following the Lord, but serve the Lord with all your heart. 21 And do not turn aside after empty things that cannot profit or deliver, for they are empty. 22 For the Lord will not forsake his people, for his great name's sake, because it has pleased the Lord to make you a people for himself. 23 Moreover, as for me, far be it from me that I should sin against the Lord by ceasing to pray for you, and I will instruct you in the good and the right way. 24 Only fear the Lord and serve him faithfully with all your heart. Oh! That's what we do. When people keep on messing up around us, we continue to the point them to God and pray for their correction, protection, and well being. What do yo do when you have enough? Take it to the Lord. Point them to the Lord. Take yourself to the Lord. Let's handle our frustrations that way today, ok? May God bless us and our efforts!
