There is nothing quite like peace. It will calm the wildest storms. It will ease you in the times of difficulty. Enjoy the psalmist talking about resting in the Lord in Ps. 131.1-2-
O Lord, my heart is not lifted up;
my eyes are not raised too high;
I do not occupy myself with things
too great and too marvelous for me.
2 But I have calmed and quieted my soul,
like a weaned child with its mother;
like a weaned child is my soul within me.
Dear Lord, let us all calm and quiet our souls in the chaotic, busy, loud world. Remind us, Lord, that the way to quiet our souls is to turn our eyes to see you, our hearts to love you, and our ears to hear you.
Calm and quiet us, dear Lord.
