I love the passion in which Nehemiah does what he does. Notice what he says in Nehemiah 7.5- Then my God put it into my heart to assemble the nobles and the officials and the people to be enrolled by genealogy. (www.lifejournal.cc)
He is talking about taking a genealogy, but it really does not matter what he is talking about. Whatever you do, do as God has 'put in your heart.' What a great statement!
Let me warn you: there will be opposition. Nehemiah faced opposition in his tasks. Sometimes the opposition will be vehement and surprising, but, don't you worry. Just do the work of the Lord as He has 'put in your heart' to do!
He'll see you through. Listen to the Lord and do whatever He 'puts in your heart' to do!
