Today we read Malachi 3-4, Psalm 148, and Acts 5.
As those in authority were toying with what to do with the apostles, Gamaliel, the sage, stepped forward and told them to be careful in their judgment. He put it this way in Acts 5.38-39 -
So in the present case I tell you, keep away from these men and let them alone, for if this plan or this undertaking is of man, it will fail; 39 but if it is of God, you will not be able to overthrow them. You might even be found opposing God!” So they took his advice..
Let's be about the things of God so that we can succeed in Him, instead of failing and drifting away on our own. Please the Lord today and follow His Will.
