Today we read Esther 9-10 and Luke 19.
Luke 19.13- Calling ten of his servants, he gave them ten minas, and said to them, ‘Engage in business until I come.’
The Lord has left to His followers the business of the Kingdom. It is our job to help 'the business' grow by 'advertising it' with our lives, 'selling' it with our words, and 'growing it' with the investment that He has made in us (the power of His Spirit).
(This is a great example of how you don't take every aspect that a parable may relate to.) Although I took the analogy a little too far, let's work till Jesus comes with our lives, our words, and the power of the One that He has placed within us.
Make the Lord's House a priority today.
