Today we read Ezekiel 33-35 and Revelation 18.
Revelation 18.4-5- Then I heard another voice from heaven saying,
“Come out of her, my people, lest you take part in her sins,
lest you share in her plagues;
for her sins are heaped high as heaven and God has remembered her iniquities.
I am thankful today that, although we live in a wicked and sinful world, we have been empowered to make the choice to come out of our sin and the worldly environments that weaken us and live for Jesus. Our yesterdays can be forgiven, our todays can be empowered and our tomorrows can be filled with a promised hope.
Thank you, Lord Jesus, for removing our heap of messups, mishaps, and mistakes.
