No Worry

Today we read 1 Samuel 22, Psalms 17 & 35, and Matthew 6.

Some folks have a bad tendency to worry about things.  It is almost as if they look for something to worry about it.  It is an occupation...a hobby...something that keeps them busy.  Never can such enjoy  the good that is happening, because it is bound to change and turn bad.  Never do they appear to enjoy the blessing, they don't have room to absorb it because they are too filled with worry.  You just want to say, "Relax!"  You could almost enjoy watching someone that could turn everything to a point of worry, but it is not a light matter.

The reality is that all of us worry.  Yes, some are consumed with it, but all of us have our points.  There are different things that worry different people, but we all have our areas of worry.  You know and I know that worrying does not help, but we just can't help it sometimes.

Well, let's do something about it today!  It may only last a day, but let's get today right and then we will 'worry' about tomorrow when we get there...or will we?
Jesus said in Matthew 6.34- Therefore do not be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.
Today, we will give all of our concerns and worries to The Lord.  Everything in this day and in our tomorrows are in His Hands, so today, let's let Him keep them.

I pray that it will make your day easier.  Have a blessed one!
