Sweet Smelling

Today we read the story of Samson in Judges 13-16 and 2 Corinthians 2.  

A sweet smell is mighty pleasant.  Whether it is my wife's perfume, the smell of a ham baking, or the robust mixture of spring flowers in a beautiful garden, a sweet smell is a nice refreshment.  We are to smell sweet in our presentation as well.  2 Corinthians 2.14- But thanks be to God, who in Christ always leads us in triumphal procession, and through us spreads the fragrance of the knowledge of him everywhere.  

We are victorious in Christ.  Let us present ourselves in a Godly and kind manner.  Let's be as pleasant as a good smelling fragrance....a home baked ham...a dozen of roses...by simply spreading the kindness of the love of the Gospel wherever we go.
