In the End

Today we read Isaiah 43-45 and 1 Peter 4.

Let's let 1 Peter remind us of something today:

1 Peter 4.7-10 - Now the end of all things is near; therefore, be serious and disciplined for prayer. Above all, maintain an intense lovefor each other, since love covers a multitude of sins. Be hospitable to one another without complaining. 10 Based on the gift each one has received, use it to serve others, as good managers of the varied grace of God.

It is not about you.  It is not about me. It is about Him.  When we serve Him today, we will also serve others.  Our service, prayers, forgiveness, love, and patience toward others show the depth of our love for Him.

Is that always easy?  Of course not.  But it is always true...let's try to live it out today.
