Today we read Isaiah 40-42 and 1 Peter 3.
We don't know who we will see today. We don't know what opportunities will come our way. Unless we are spiritually ready, keenly alert, and anticipating opportunity, we may miss the best that God has for us. Before the day gets going, ponder and pray this morning over your response to whatever God has for you today.
1 Peter 3.15b-16- Always be ready to give a defense to anyone who asks you for a reason for the hope that is in you.16 However, do this with gentleness and respect, keeping your conscience clear, so that when you are accused, those who denounce your Christian life will be put to shame.
Let's live to make Him proud!
