Today we read Proverbs 10-12 and Romans 10.
I love peace lilies, because it is hard to kill them. You can starve them out from water, but when you water it, it will quickly perk up and look better. Some people have been starved out, have not been appreciated, and become discouraged. Proverbs 11.25 told me this morning that a fresh splash of an encouraging word will do most folks a lot of good:
Whoever brings blessing will be enriched, and one who waters will himself be watered.
Let's encourage each other today. We will be enriched and strengthened by it as well.
