Today we read 1 Kings 3, 2 Chronicles 1, Psalm 78, and 2 Thessalonians 2.
After talk of rougher times ahead and glorious times as well, Paul gives us a prayer that ought to stick with you today.
2 Thessalonians 2.16-17- Now may our Lord Jesus Christ himself, and God our Father, who loved us and gave us eternal comfort and goodhope through grace, 17 comfort your hearts and establish them in every good work and word.
I pray that you are comforted today as needed and fortified, grounded, strengthened, and established in every good thing you do and every good word you say. May we be strengthened in our faith as we live out our own testimony. We get stronger when we live out what we already know and believe, if we know Jesus and believe His Will, Way, and Word is best for our lives.
